VLSI Delivery Manager Experience Required: 15+ years About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a VLSI -Delivery Manager. As the VLSI Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of complex VLSI projects in the semiconductor industry, focusing on RTL/FPGA/ASIC Design, Design Verification, and customer interactions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a large team of VLSI engineers (100+) involved in RTL design, and DV, ensuring successful project delivery. Develop project plans and track project progress using industry-standard project tracking tools, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage customer interactions and foster strong relationships, understanding their requirements, and working closely with the team to meet their expectations. Proactively identify risks and issues in project execution and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of VLSI design and verification. Ensure effective resource allocation, balancing workload and skillsets to maximize productivity and project success. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. At least 15+ Years of Extensive experience in VLSI/Semiconductor domain, with a focus on RTL design and DV projects. Strong understanding of project tracking methodologies and tools, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent customer interaction skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving project success and customer satisfaction. Proven track record in managing customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Experience in resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources for project delivery.
