Green Field Projects - The AV Manager is responsible for providing concept design according to the user requirement, coordinating with the user and technical consultant hired for each project, Verifying the BOM and designs, Managing the Tender procedures, selecting vendors, executing of project, handing over, and training. The position reports to the Director of Projects.Brown Field - The AV Manager is responsible for providing concept design according to the user requirement, Making the BOM and designs, Managing Tender procedures, selecting vendors, Project Management - project execution, handing over, and training. Also need to explore and evaluate new products and technologies, training end users on different campuses.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.Responsibility to manage the projects (Technical scope-AV) for multiple locations within a regionSupervising all implementation, and maintenance of all audio-visual equipment within multiple locations in a region.Travel independently in a defined region routinely, or travel nationally as business needs dictateWork with multiple local and regional managers which will require working closely with the operations team.Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experienceStrong communication skills.QUALIFICATIONS: Audio/Visual Managers possess an understanding of audio, video, and control flow, Audio/Visual Managers should be familiar with all the leading AV equipment in the market and have a good connection with OEMs.AV knowledge and Excellent Managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCoordination with PMC, consultant, Main and SubcontractorsCoordinate the AV procurements EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in audio/visual engineering or related field5+ years of experience in the audio/visual fieldProficiency with multimedia software and digital audio/visual toolsFamiliarity with applicable safety and quality standardsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ICT Knowledge is an added qualification.
