Ensure timely and quality project deliveries, including Mobile Applications, Web applications, Middleware, and Reports. Own and manage client relationships. Job Responsibilities: Drive requirement workshops. Create scope matrix, boundaries, and assumptions. Create FSD/BRD validation, workflows, and process maps. Review test cases and scenarios to ensure requirement fulfillment. Review UAT criteria and manage internal sign-offs. Review tech specs and API mappings with FSD. Establish collaboration between stakeholders for requirement gathering and closure.Job Qualifications: MBA/Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Strong communication and articulation skills. Experience in the BFSI space, client onboarding , KYC & card domain knowledge. Understanding of digital/technical/project management. Experience in client relationship management. Familiarity with Iterative and Agile Methodologies. Effective application of methodologies and enforcement of project standards.
