Kolkata Ventures is hiring for one of its portfolio company: KVAR International Private LimitedJob Description:The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting skilled massage therapists by visiting colleges that offer therapist training programs, gyms, wellness centers, and similar institutions. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills and the ability to engage with potential candidates to promote career opportunities with KVAR International Private Limited.Key Responsibilities:Identify and visit massage therapy training colleges, gyms, wellness centers, and fitness institutes to source potential candidates. Potential candidates should also be connected through various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.Build relationships with college placement officers, gym owners, and wellness training institutes to establish a talent pipeline.Conduct on-the-spot recruitment drives, screening, and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Ensure timely scheduling of interviews at office and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.Educate potential candidates about the benefits of working with KVAR International Private Limited.Distribute recruitment materials such as brochures and job postings at targeted locations.Maintain a database of potential hires and track recruitment progress.Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.Provide weekly reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve future recruitingRequirements:Previous experience in field recruitment, sales, or business development is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.A proactive and target-driven mindset.Familiarity with the massage therapy industry or fitness sector is a plus.Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.Compensation & Benefits:Salary : Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 per monthPerformance IncentiveProvident Fund & ESI
