Job DescriptionWe have an opening for a Manager Finance and Human Resources, India. This person will have responsibility for managing both our employees and our offices in India. This is a key role which reports to the Head and Finance and Human Resources, based in Singapore. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is at an inflection point. This role could be professionally transformative for anyone aspiring to build a career in the fintech space.Key Responsibilities:· Responsible for managing the Finance, HR and Admin function for a multi-country operation and a growing team · Manage the overall Revenue and Expense for SingX, India and its subsidiaries. · Opening bank accounts in multiple countries and reconciliation of customer transactions is an important part of the job· Manage the Audit, Tax and Company Secretary functions and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements· Manage the HR function including payroll, leave records.· Liaise with recruitment agencies to hire top quality talent· Take responsibility for all office administration. Qualification Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. Chartered Accountant or CPA preferred · 10+ years relevant experience, preferably someone who has managed all aspects of Finance with experience in filing Year end Accounts, Managing Audit and Taxation, Company Secretarial functions · Experience in financial industry would be an advantage but not necessary.· Strong analytical, financial and skills with ability to develop basic financial models· Ability to multi task, manage deadlines, and deal with ambiguity· Ability to identify issues, take initiative and operate independently· Strong team spirit, willing to help out and succeed as a team· Effective interpersonal and communication skills, good presentation skills to senior management· Willingness to take an active involvement in day-to-day activities and flexibility in addressing a number of projects simultaneously.
