Hi Applicants!Role - UK Claims Designation - Assistant ManagerExperience - 7 - 10 YearsNotice Period - 30 DaysLocation - NoidaJob Description:We are seeking a Claims professional to manage processes and clients in the UK/Lloyds Insurance space. This role requires expertise in claims handling and team leadership, with a focus on process improvement and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Claims Management: Oversee FNOL & SNOL, settlements, and document management for UK/Lloyds Insurance claims.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Analysts/Process Experts, ensuring high performance and continuous learning.Client & Broker Relations: Respond promptly to inquiries from brokers, cedants, and TPAs, ensuring client satisfaction.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, ensuring quality standards (ISO, COPIS).Reporting & Performance: Present monthly dashboards, error trends, and performance reports. Ensure team meets client expectations.Qualifications:Experience: 7-9 years (AM/DM) or 8-11 years (Manager) in UK claims handling.Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and MS Office/Power BI proficiency.Certifications (Preferred): AIC, AINS, CPCU, or similar.Process Knowledge: Lean, Six Sigma, and quality assurance practices.
