Job Description:We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead new dealership tie-ups and business expansion. This role is responsible for identifying potential dealership partners, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, business development, and B2B partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & New Dealership Tie-Ups:Identify and establish new dealership partnerships to expand market reach.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for dealership expansion.Negotiate and finalize agreements with dealership owners, distributors, and OEMs.Develop and implement strategies for territory expansion and brand positioning.Sales & Revenue Growth:Drive sales performance through dealership networks and ensure revenue targets are met.Work closely with dealership partners to optimize inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.Collaborate with marketing teams to launch brand awareness campaigns and dealership events.Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, automotive manufacturers, and corporate clients.Conduct regular dealership visits, training sessions, and performance reviews.Address dealership concerns and provide support to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.Strategic Planning & Reporting:Develop and present business growth plans to senior management.Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.Prepare reports on sales performance, dealership success, and future opportunities.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Experience: 5+ years in automotive sales, dealership management, or business development.Skills:Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to establish and scale new dealership partnerships.Knowledge of automotive sales processes, financing, and dealership operations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and market research tools.Soft Skills:Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify and capitalize on new dealership opportunities.Results-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.Leadership & Influence: Ability to engage and persuade key decision-makers.Problem-Solving: Quick to resolve dealership challenges and improve sales performance.Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving automotive market.
