Roles & Responsibilities :Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Rust to develop and optimize the low-level software that powers battery energy storage systems.Design, develop, and optimize real-time and embedded software using RustImplement robust, safety-critical software architectures for industrial control and monitoring applicationsCollaborate with firmware, controls, and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration between software and physical systemsDevelop and maintain automated testing frameworks for embedded and real-time environmentsOptimize system performance to meet stringent reliability and latency requirementsEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices for embedded software developmentContribute to debugging and troubleshooting efforts for complex, multi-threaded systems running on embedded platformsQualificationsEducational qualification:BE / BTech / MTech in Comp Sc / EEE/ECEExperience :6+ years of experience in embedded software development or real-time systemsStrong proficiency in Rust for systems programming and embedded applicationsExperience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level concurrency managementUnderstanding of hardware/software interactionsHands-on experience with Linux-based embedded environmentsProficiency in version control, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks for embedded systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex technical challengesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetMandatory/requires Skills :embedded or real-time systems experience , RUSTPreferred Skills :Experience with control systems, industrial automation, or SCADAKnowledge of safety-critical software development practicesFamiliarity with networking protocols used in industrial applicationsExposure to power systems, energy storage, or grid-scale applications
