The role involves managing a 150+ member team responsible for live monitoring, alarm response, video retrieval, and technical support. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in security operations, and the ability to train and mentor Team Leads & Supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:✅ Oversee 24×7 operations of the CCTV Surveillance team✅ Ensure smooth execution of live video monitoring, alarm monitoring, and video retrieval services✅ Maintain high operational efficiency and adherence to security protocols✅ Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions where necessaryTeam Leadership & Development:✅ Manage and lead a team of 150+ agents, including TLs and Supervisors✅ Provide verbal coaching, performance feedback, and structured training to enhance team efficiency✅ Foster a high-performance work environment by implementing best practices in team managementTraining & Quality Control:✅ Conduct training sessions for Team Leads and Supervisors on security protocols, monitoring tools, and emergency response✅ Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and security guidelines✅ Implement quality control measures to improve accuracy and efficiency in surveillance operationsClient & Stakeholder Communication:✅ Act as a key point of contact for client escalations and operational queries✅ Ensure timely and effective communication with global clients regarding security incidents and reports✅ Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issuesProcess Improvement & Compliance:✅ Continuously analyze operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery✅ Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and data confidentiality policies✅ Work closely with the IT and Technical Support teams to optimize surveillance technologyRequired Skills & Qualifications
