Executive Assistant - CEO OfficeLocation: MumbaiReports To: CEOExperience: 2–5 years post-MBAEducation: Post Graduation: MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIM A/B/C, ISB, or equivalent).Graduation: Engineering Background would be preferred.Role SummaryThe Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, support high-stakes decision-making, and ensure effective execution across key business areas. This role is a launchpad to future leadership roles and requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical rigor, and strong execution capability.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic SupportAssist in driving the planning to execution of Business Ventures for New Markets / Categories to enter.Work closely with the CEO on high-priority initiatives across business units.Prepare briefing notes, business reviews, board decks, and decision support materials.Perform competitive analysis, market scans, and internal diagnostics to support strategy development.Project Management & ExecutionDrive cross-functional projects, track milestones, and ensure accountability.Follow up on decisions taken in leadership reviews and ensure timely execution.Act as a liaison between the CEO and leadership team to streamline communication and remove roadblocks.Business AnalysisConduct financial and operational analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.Build business cases, financial models, and dashboards as needed.Stakeholder EngagementRepresent the CEO’s office in meetings with partners, vendors, and internal teams.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Desired CompetenciesStrong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp complex issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh ownership, agility, and discretionProblem-solving orientation with a “no task too small” attitudeProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics toolsComfortable with regular travel for long periods of time to understand New Markets.What We Offer• High exposure to strategic decision-making and operations• Mentorship from the CEO and senior leadership• Fast-track growth path for the right candidate• Dynamic, entrepreneurial work cultureCompensationThe compensation package will be aligned with your pedigree, experience, and impact potential.
