And whoever we’re with, whatever we’re doing, we always make it real.Overview of the positionWe're seeking a dedicated Customer Success Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery across our Middle East and Africa operations. This role serves as the central point of coordination between our customers, production facility in Malaysia, internal logistics team, and sales team in Dubai to deliver an outstanding customer experience.Position ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for customers across Africa and Middle EastProactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any potential issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communicationResolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionallyOrder Management & CoordinationCoordinate with production team in Malaysia to ensure timely manufacturing and deliveryMonitor order progress and proactively identify potential delays or issuesEnsure all order documentation is accurate and compliant with regional requirementsTrack and monitor internal logistics schedules and shipment statusLogistics Follow-upMonitor shipment schedules and track delivery progress through internal systemsProvide regular updates to customers about shipment status and expected delivery datesCoordinate with internal logistics team to resolve any shipping-related issuesEscalate delays or concerns to appropriate internal stakeholdersUnderstanding of shipping documentation and logistics processesSales SupportWork closely with the Dubai-based sales team to ensure smooth order processingMaintain accurate customer records and order historiesFollow up on payment collections and coordinate with finance teamGenerate regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer satisfactionExperience, Skills & QualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field5+ years of experience in customer service or coordination roleExcellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite – esp.
