The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and relationship management to ensure successful project execution.Sales & Business Development:Identify potential clients in industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors for electrical projects, energy solutions, and panel jobs.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams.Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements for electrical panels, power distribution systems, and energy-saving projects.Develop and present techno-commercial proposals, aligning solutions with client needs and industry standards.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the project execution team.Technical Expertise & Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in electrical systems, automation, and energy projects.Work closely with the engineering and design team to propose customized solutions for electrical panels (LT, MCC, PCC), energy management systems, and renewable energy projects.Educate clients on energy efficiency, power quality improvement, and cost-saving measures through innovative solutions.Customer Engagement & Support:Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.Address technical and commercial queries, coordinate product demonstrations, and clarify specifications.Follow up with customers on proposals, order finalization, and payment collections.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in sales of electrical projects, energy solutions, or electrical panels.Strong understanding of electrical systems, energy efficiency, and industrial automation.Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
