If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for crafting high-quality UI/UX Design activities and a knack for configuration, we want to hear from you.Overall Responsibilities:At least 6+ years of experience in UX and UI required; strong understanding of user centred design principles and processes.Familiarity working in lean/agile product development environment.Fluency in current industry UX design tools, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other UX prototyping softwareAbility to simplify and turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences and to clearly communicate how individual journeys align/don’t align to user and business goals.Strategic thinker with the ability to work through complex business and operational problems.Excellent influencing/communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfort and experience in working with both business and technology groups.Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build strong Blue Box linkages at all organizational levels.Global role with flexibility in work hours required.Skills:UX design tools, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other UX prototyping softwareExtensive experience in UI/UX design, including designing web and mobile applications.Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Ability to conduct user research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.Experience:At least 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for web and mobile applications.Experience leading and managing design teams.Experience working in an Agile development environment.If you find this this opportunity interesting kindly share your updated profile on Muhammed.shan@ With below details (Mandatory)Total Experience - Current CTC-Expected CTC-Notice period- Current Location- If you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
