Job Description Project Description:The IT Infrastructure Cloud/Solutions Automation Architect is responsible for designing the infrastructure (Hardwareand Software) required to satisfy the non-functional (sizing, availability, and performance) requirementsfor business applications deployed in UnitedHealth Group's server farms. This individual will work closelywith internal Application Architects during requirements and solutions analysis and applicationdevelopment teams during Solutions Design to understand how an application function and theinfrastructure required to support it. He will also generate the provisioning artifacts to support theoperational teams in building and supporting the solutions they have designed. It is a dual role of ensuringarchitectural integrity with compliance while at the same time working with Operations to continuouslyimprove the availability, serviceability, and efficiency of our solutions.Responsibilities:Hands-on cloud experience in Azure, GCP, and/or AWS. Preferred certifications.Proficiency in developing and implementing automation scripts and tools using Terraform Enterprise, Ansible, JFrog, etc. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices is a plus.Experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for image management using GitHub Actions or similar tools. Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI is advantageous.Basic networking knowledge, with an understanding of network security practices and tools.Mandatory Skills:Cloud : AWS, Azure, Google cloudMandatory Skills Description:Cloud experience: AWS/AZURE/GoogleNice-to-Have Skills Description:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Proficiency with Visio, Health care industry experience, Understanding of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) include Terraform, Chef, Jenkin,experience building multi-tier applications using (applicable skill set such as Java, .NET, etc.) as infrastructure architectLanguages:English: C2 Proficient
