We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to join our finance team and help us continue to deliver high-quality financial operations that support our business growth.Responsibilities :Invoice Processing: Verify, process, and record supplier invoices in the accounting system.Payments & Reconciliation: Process payments (checks, wire transfers, etc.), reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies.Expense Management: Monitor and control accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with policies.Vendor Reconciliation: Vendor Reconciliation with the SAPMonth-End Closing: Assist in closing AP accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring all liabilities are accounted for.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain proper records for audits and ensure adherence to tax and regulatory requirements.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes for better efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Excel.Attention to Detail: Ability to identify errors and ensure accurate financial reporting.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve payment issues effectively.Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.How to Apply:If you’re ready to take the next step in your accounting career and join a thriving team, apply now!
