We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to build and execute brand strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive brand growth both online and offline.Position Overview:The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product concepts, managing brand strategy, overseeing offline events, and handling social media management. The role also involves working closely with the design team to ensure that brand concepts are accurately translated into product designs, managing brand licensing opportunities, and working with PR agencies to build and promote brand visibility. This position requires a strong creative vision, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Concept Development & Execution:Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize, develop, and refine new product ideas that align with the brand's values and target audience.Lead the product development process, ensuring that product concepts are executed according to brand guidelines, and meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.Research and analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer feedback to inform new product ideas and improvements.Work closely with R&D, design, and marketing teams to ensure that products meet consumer needs and expectations.2. Brand Strategy & Positioning:Develop and execute long-term brand strategies that align with company objectives and enhance brand positioning in the marketplace.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, products, and platforms.Identify and leverage market opportunities to increase brand visibility and growth, including new product lines and brand extensions.3. Offline Events Management:Plan, organize, and execute offline brand events to promote the brand and engage with target audiences.Collaborate with sales, operations, and external vendors to execute seamless events that align with brand values and resonate with customers.Manage event logistics, including coordination with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.4. Brand Licensing:Identify potential brand licensing opportunities to expand the brand's reach into new markets or categories Negotiate and manage licensing contracts, ensuring brand integrity is maintained while maximizing revenue opportunities.5. Social Media & Digital Presence Management:Oversee and manage the brand's social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.Develop content strategies that align with overall brand goals, ensuring that the voice, tone, and messaging resonate with the brand’s target audience.Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are consistent with the brand strategy, and monitor performance across all platforms.Drive community engagement and manage social media collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.6. Brand Management & PR Agency Coordination:Manage the relationship with the brand management and PR agencies, ensuring alignment with the brand’s overall strategy and key messaging.Work with PR teams to develop press releases, product launches, and media strategies that increase brand visibility.Oversee the development of press kits, media outreach, and influencer relations, ensuring that the brand’s presence is promoted across the right media channels.Evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to improve media coverage and brand recognition.7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Conduct regular market research to identify consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.Track competitor activities and benchmark brand performance to identify opportunities for differentiation and brand innovation.Use insights from market research to refine brand strategy, improve customer experience, and ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.8. Budget Management & Reporting:Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across key initiatives, events, campaigns, and collaborations.Track and report on the performance of brand activities, including event ROI, digital campaign results, and licensing performance.Provide regular reports to senior management on brand performance and strategic recommendations for growth.Qualifications and Requirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.6+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, with proven experience in managing offline events and working with digital platforms.Strong experience with brand licensing, product development, and working closely with PR agencies.Experience in managing and creating content for social media platforms and implementing digital marketing strategies.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer behavior.Proven ability to design and execute product concepts from ideation to final product launch.Experience in managing offline events and understanding of event logistics.Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate with external stakeholders.Strong analytical and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Creativity and innovative thinking in designing brand campaigns and driving customer engagement.Ability to work with external agencies and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
