You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between students and the placement team, ensuring a successful placement experience. This position requires exceptional communication skills, and writing skills.Requirements:Willing to work for a full-time, remote opportunity, with a long-term commitment.Should have good communication skills.Great listening and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Strong people management and interpersonal skills.Active listening skills with a keen ability to understand instructions quickly and work on it.Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.High energy levels and enthusiasm.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets and relevant software platforms.Commitment to student success and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.Responsibilities:Connect with enrolled students, understand their placement requirements.Research Linkedin by accessing student’s linkedin profiles, to check backgrounds and experiences.Edit and format CV of the students which should be good enough to be presented before the client.The CVs edited should be ATS friendly. Share the updated CV to the student via email and explain about the changes made to the CV.Have advanced Google Excel skills.Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Should be comfortable for student calling.Job Role:- Minimum 60 minutes of successful talk time with students per day.-- Work on compiling data sheets on Google Excel.– Work on preparing ATS friendly.-- Work on extra tasks given by your reporting head according to time availability.Important points to keep in Mind before Applying:This is a full-time remote job role, you will work from home, with a work timing of 10:30 am to 8:00 pm (1-hour break according to your flexibility).We work with tracking software, and be willing to work with it.
