Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-3 years of proven experience in selling IT services and solutions, particularly to clients in the US, UAE and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of IT service offerings, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development: • Identify, target, and secure business opportunities by promoting IT services and solutions to prospective clients across the US, UAE and Europe. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and achieve sales targets. • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across various industries.Client Engagement and Relationship Management: • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored IT solutions. • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Solution Selling and Consultation: • Understand client requirements and align them with the company’s portfolio of IT services, including but not limited to: • Cloud Solutions • AI Applications • Custom Software Development for Web & Mobile • IT Managed Services • Staff Augmentation propositions effectively to clients and stakeholders. • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.Account Management and Growth: • Manage and grow assigned accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful project completion and client retention. • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.Reporting and Strategy Development: • Maintain accurate sales records, including lead status, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting. • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and explore new revenue streams.⸻Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in selling IT services and solutions to international clients, specifically in US, UAE and Europe. • Strong understanding of IT service offerings, including cloud solutions, AI applications, custom web & mobile app development, managed IT services, and staff augmentation. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.⸻Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling. • Prior experience in working with enterprise clients or mid-sized businesses. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in US, UAE and European markets.⸻Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. • Opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization. • Flexible work environment with international exposure.Join us to be part of an innovative team and drive growth by delivering high-impact IT solutions globally!
