Head - MarketingLocation: Mumbai (Lower Parel)Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer.CTC: Rs. 32 - Rs. 35 lakhs per annumPrimary Task: ✓ As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand image, drive revenue growth, and ensure a strong market presence. ✓ This leadership position demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in hospitality marketing, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.✓ Leveraging local market insights and digital platforms to engage with the Indian consumer base. Duties & Responsibilities: ✓ Strategic Planning: o Develop and implement marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in the hospitality industry. o Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and events, to drive brand engagement and lead generation. o Media and database buying at the correct rates. o Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. o Implement robust analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. o Basic knowledge of AI in the marketing perspective for driving analytics. o Provide regular reports and insights to management, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes. o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. o Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and development. o Devise and execute lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality leads for venue bookings and catering services. o Utilize a multi-channel approach, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and events, to generate leads from the desired demographic. ✓ Content Creation, Partnerships and Collaborations: o Lead content creation efforts to produce compelling and relevant materials for various platforms. o Develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and content that reflects the brand image. o Ensure consistency in messaging and storytelling across all communication channels.o Identify and foster partnerships with influencers, top corporates, and other relevant entities. o Negotiate and manage collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility. ✓ Communications & PR: o Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to maintain a positive brand image.o Craft and disseminate press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials. o Plan and execute industry events to maintain market leadership in conjunction with key partners. o Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers. o Manage PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation. o Cultivate relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers from the wedding and events industry. o Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews and features. o Collaborate with external agencies for advertising, PR, and digital marketing campaigns.o Onboarding of agencies at best negotiated rates. o Ensure agencies adhere to brand guidelines and deliver high-quality outputs. ✓ Team Management: o Use industry connect to build a robust team of go–getters as part of the Marketing team. o Lead, mentor, motivate and manage the entire Marketing team to achieve media savings and correct brand image. o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. o Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and provide regular performance feedback. Prerequisites: ✓ Education:o Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. ✓ Experience: o Proven track record of success in marketing and brand management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. o Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms. ✓ Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. o Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. o Awareness of local cultural nuances and consumer trends in India. o Proficiency in English and local languages. o Strong organizational and time management skills.
