The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing planCoordinate all marketing activities to generate leadsCollaborate with other teams to promote offeringsInform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategiesTrack performance of all marketing campaignsMonitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Qualifications Strong verbal, written, and organizational skillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the EdTech Proven track record of driving significant user growth and achieving marketing KPIs.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Understanding of the educational landscape in India is a plus.
