The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both technical and non-technical recruitment. This role will be based out of our Bangalore or Chennai office.The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for stakeholder management, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.Conduct reference checks and background verifications.Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the software product industry.Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.
