In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding development teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will foster a collaborative and productive environment while removing impediments and maximizing team efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead and guide development teams in accordance with Agile principles and best practices.Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Manage the project backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, groomed, and maintained effectively.Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure the team has the resources they need to succeed.Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Track and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.Continuously improve team processes and identify areas for enhancement.Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe is preferred.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a relevant role.Proven experience in leading and guiding development teams.Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.Pay range and compensation packageEmployment Type - Permanent, Full TimePosition - Project Manager
