"Maximizing E-commerce, Optimizing Growth!"Key Responsibilities Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at accounts to drive business growth and meet sales targets. Develop a growth framework by analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and devising actionable plans to capitalize on untapped market potentials. NPD launches: Lead the collaboration with the e-Com platforms for successful new product launches, ensuring effective planning, execution, and visibility for the products. New accounts onboarding- Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships with the various e-Com platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute platform marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales. Facilitate the listing and successful launch of the product portfolio across various e-commerce platforms. Additionally, focus on optimizing product listings for enhanced visibility and performance. Manage day-to-day e-Com related operations related to payments, timely supply, fill rates, etc. Reporting & analytics- analyse sales data, track important performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and product placements to drive growth on e-Com. Forecasting and stock planning with supply chain teams: Anticipate demand, manage inventory levels effectively, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Work closely with internal teams to streamline supply chain processes and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet customer.Education & Skill Sets Required Education – Post-Graduation in Sales/ Marketing or related field will be preferred Must have a prior background working on either e-Com/Q-Com platform as a category manager or as a KAM on the brand-side Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in e-Com/Q-Com Added advantage for candidates with previous experience with Amazon, Swiggy, FK, Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon buy/sell Key Deliverables: Understanding of e-Com/Q-Com ecosystem Good in Excel and basic analytical tools Has grown categories/brands on e-Com in past roles Ready to work in a fast-paced and growing organization Thrive on collaboration and enjoy working with cross-functional teams High focus on the big picture, sustainable and profitable growth Quick to action. Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Should be Flexible for traveling as required
