With innovation and collaboration at the core of our work, we’re seeking a Category Marketing Manager – CRO Services to lead and execute category marketing strategies, expanding our presence in the CRO market and fostering meaningful interactions with our customers across various channels.Objectives of the Role:•Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with Aragen’s business goals, driving brand visibility and engagement across the CRO landscape.•Translate Aragen’s scientific and technical expertise into compelling marketing language that resonates with a global life sciences audience.•Optimize marketing initiatives to highlight Aragen’s values, services, and mission, ensuring strong differentiation in the competitive CRO space.•Track and analyze key marketing metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.•Stay current with industry trends and marketing innovations to maintain Aragen’s competitive edge.Scope of the RoleMarketing Strategy & Execution:•Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive strategies to elevate Aragen’s CRO offerings in the market.•Collaborate with technical teams (R&D, Discovery, Development, and Manufacturing) to gather deep insights and translate complex scientific capabilities into clear, market-oriented messaging.•Develop content plans (whitepapers, case studies, presentations) that spotlight our unique selling propositions (USPs) and successful project outcomes.•Ensure consistency in marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.), reflecting Aragen’s brand and objectives.Cross-Functional Engagement:•Act as a bridge between the Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment on project objectives.•Partner with Business Development Leaders to support go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.•Identify content gaps in showcasing service offerings, working with both technical experts and content teams to fill these gaps.•Work closely with MC member in charge of service line as well as BU Heads and other senior leaders to understand priority and provide actionable plans back to the Operational Unit.
