Having worked with prominent brands like Flipkart, Healthify, and others, our core focus is on creating Ad creatives and running Ads for our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Post Production Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination between production, editing, and client delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for video production workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction CoordinationLiaise daily with the Production team regarding upcoming creatives for post-productionTrack the number of edits required and assess their complexityCoordinate with the Operations Head for invoice timeline prioritiesResource ManagementAssign editing tasks based on complexity, social media calendar, and invoice timelinesEnsure delivery of 2 videos per week for each clientDevelop and implement structured message templates for editors including guidelines and submission protocolsQuality Control & TrackingCollect daily updates from editorsMaintain accurate records in client sheets and master tracking documentsCreate and standardize framelink sharing processesClient Delivery ManagementWork closely with Account Managers on client change requestsExecute required changes and upload completed work to appropriate drive linksMaintain thumbnails, captions, calendar schedules, and posting timelinesTeam & Process DevelopmentProvide end-of-day updates to the Operations HeadSet clear expectations with new freelancers regarding post-production workflowsTrack trial periods of freelancers and coordinate with HR Manager for offer letter processingQualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Communications, Film Production, or related fieldBasic understanding of video editing and post-production processesStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)Detail-oriented with a keen eye for tracking deadlines and deliverablesWork DetailsLocation: Near Ulsoor Lake, BengaluruWorking Hours: Flexible timing between 10:30 AM - 7:30 PMStipend: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per monthWhat We OfferHands-on experience in a fast-paced creative agency environmentOpportunity to work with well-known brandsMentorship from experienced marketing and production professionalsValuable insights into agency operations and client managementPossibility for growth within the organization based on performanceHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and any relevant samples of your work to with the subject line "Post Production Management Intern Application - [Your Name]".
