Roles & Responsibilities:Systems Architect will be responsible for understanding the requirementCollaborate with customer team to define and write Project RequirementCollaborate with an enterprise architects through architecture reviews to ensure all designs meet the overall technical and business goals of customerCoach and mentor team members on following architecture practices, development and testing standardsResponsible for DVP, Test plan, FMEA, Problem solving, etc.Required skills:10-12 years of experience in EMS/ Hybrid Power Plant Control S/W Development- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent- Strong knowledge in Requirement Enguneering such as requirement generation, requirement analysis- Good documentation skills and traceability management for requirement documents- Experience in evaluating and improving the performance, security, scalability, reliability, and robustness of large industrial-grade systems- Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulatory guidelines- Develop a holistic view of the product and lead initiatives that contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach to optimize product performance- Recommend new initiatives to optimize product performance based on observations, insights, and discussions with customer colleagues- Experience in Jira, DOORS or similar tools- Multi tasking and good documentation skillsRequired domain expertise:BESS power plant controlhybrid power plant control with renewables (PV, wind)basic knowledge of grid market services, e.g., AGC, primary frequency control, voltage supportIn addition, preferrable to have:Familiar with MQTT (even EdgeX), Modbus, OPCUA, etcUnderstanding or knowledge of PPC controls for PV, Wind, BESS plantsPower systems domain knowledge (P/Q/V/f controls, power loss estimation, GFL, GFM, etc)Testing skillset (Unit tests, HIL, SIL, offline simulation, etcQualificationsBachelor in Electrical Engineer/ Computer Science or equivalent
