We're expanding our creative team and looking for a skilled Cinematographer who can bring stories to life through powerful visuals and cinematic excellence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and passionate Cinematographer to create visual storytelling for AIM’s content. From documentary-style interviews and conference after-movies to studio shoots and dynamic social media reels, you'll help us create engaging video content.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including interviews, event coverage, and social media assetsCollaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to conceptualize and execute visual ideasScout and set up locations, manage lighting, framing, and camera movement for optimal storytellingOperate camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, gimbals, drones, etc.) with proficiencyOversee post-production workflows in collaboration with editors—color grading, sound, motion, and overall visual polishEnsure visual consistency with AIM’s branding and content standardsStay updated with visual trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the media industryRequirementsProven experience as a cinematographer/videographer with a strong portfolioProficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and shooting in different environments (indoor/studio/outdoor/event)Strong knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)Ability to tell a story through visuals with a keen eye for detail, composition, and movementComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projectsExperience in shooting corporate, tech-related, or event-based content is a plusDrone operation or certification is a bonus
