An MBA is a plus Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in selling polymers (PP, PVC, PE) and petrochemical products, preferably in an import-export trading environment. Strong network of import buyers and suppliers in the polymers/petrochemicals industry. In-depth understanding of the trade chain, including sourcing, logistics, and customs processes. Knowledge of competitors and market dynamics in the polymers/petrochemicals sector. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through sales and business development. Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to work.
