Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Associate - Institutional Relationship Management to support Relationship Managers (RMs) and drive exceptional client engagement for Crisil’s financial services. This role focuses on project management, client management, and supporting RMs across multiple geographies. Strong understanding of capital market products (Equities/FICC) and excellent communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Analytical Support:Develop in-depth knowledge of client taxonomy and customization requirements.Ensure all deliverables meet client-specific needs with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and quality.Support international RMs by preparing templates, reviewing documents, and assisting with client queriesProject Management:Act as a point of contact for research, publishing, and RM teams during client delivery cycles.Maintain trackers for requests, client updates, and delivery statistics.Coordinate validation and delivery schedules while ensuring timely follow-ups.
