Job descriptionJob Title: Graphics Designer (Video/Motion) Type of Role: On-site (Work from office only)Mode of work: Full-Time Shift: Day shift (10.30 AM to 7.30 PM IST) Alternate Saturdays are Working Location: Andheri West, Mumbai We seek a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer, who can create engaging videos for our clients. We are a digital marketing agency on the lookout for a talented and passionate animation and motion graphics professional who can ideate compelling designs that resonate with diverse audiences for our predominantly B2B and D2C clients as well as for our internal marketing efforts. This role involves using animation tools and techniques to convey complex ideas through engaging visual storytelling thereby delivering video content across digital platforms. The Ideal Candidate:  An ideal candidate is one who can show us why you're not just a Motion Graphics Designer but a visual storyteller with the ability to ideate/create/edit video and animation content on a day-to-day basis. A passionate animation and video editing and design expert with an educational background in animation/motion graphic design, with an exceptional track record of having delivered thoughtful videos for websites, short/long video platforms, social media like YouTube and Instagram, and diversified digital ad campaigns. Preferably, a candidate based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office at our Andheri West office. Qualifications: Above 2 years of experience in the design field having worked as a Motion Graphic Designer with leading brands or agencies (preferably) or video production houses. Must have an advanced diploma in Motion graphics/animation/video editing from a premier design institute. Must Have a good work portfolio. Basic videography/production skills with attention to detail such as colour theory, font, copy, and design sensibility. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with broadcast and digital distribution best practices and copyrights. Key Responsibilities: Technical Proficiency: Utilize software tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and Cinema 4D to create animations. Conceptualization and Execution: Develop and execute motion graphics animation projects, including 2D and 3D animations. Asset Creation: Design motion graphics assets such as title cards, lower thirds, and end cards for videos, UI/UX animations, and interactive web content. Video Editing:  Utilize raw footage efficiently to deliver creative and highly professional video outputs. Follow standard protocol during the editing process and maintain organized video files and folders. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, content creators, graphic designers and marketing managers throughout all phases of project development. Act and rework according to client and internal team’s feedback.  Design Brand Consistency  Oversee and ensure that all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines while exploring innovative design trends. Oversee typography, colour schemes, and layout designs for all video/animation deliverables.  Client & Project Management Lead and present the Creative Animation and Video Content Strategy during Pitch Presentation to prospective clients for new business. Present new design concepts to clients, followed by incorporating feedback into final designs. Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects.  About Pivot Pivot is a Brand communication and Digital marketing agency based in Mumbai for ambitious start-ups, scale-ups & global businesses.
