We’re the organizers of Menstrual Hygiene Day (MH Day), the world’s largest initiative to break the silence surrounding menstruation. Our MHM Education Guide, known as Ruby’s World in India, is used by hundreds of organisations – from grassroots NGOs to governments – to empower girls through menstrual hygiene education.As our new Partnerships Lead India, you will help scale the impact of Ruby’s World and MH Day by building new partnerships for menstruation education across India. Your hands-on mentality, networking skills, and positive energy will be key to making it happen!Your ResponsibilitiesStrengthen partnerships with existing partner organisations in India to ensure sustained engagement.Build new partnerships with large-scale implementing organisations in India.Facilitate partner engagement through orientation webinars, workshops, and customized support.Support product development by coordinating adaptations for key partners.Stay on top of monitoring by tracking the use of Ruby’s World using Salesforce, monitoring MH Day activities, and compiling reports on activities and outcomes.Participate in key online and offline events across India.Support our communications team by sharing content like programme updates, key data, and photos.You will support our Menstruation Education and Menstruation Advocacy Teams and report to the Head of Menstruation Education.Your ProfileRelevant university degree and at least 5 years of experience working in organizations, both within and outside of IndiaA strong network in education, gender equality or WASH, combined with proven track record in building partnerships in IndiaExcellent self-organizational skills, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while communicating key steps and outcomesA passion for presenting ideas, inspiring others, and taking initiative with a proactive attitudeA strong ability to connect with people and a persistent, goal-oriented approachFluent in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus)Willingness to travel to and within India or Germany (depending on your location)A deep commitment to gender equality and female empowermentWhat We OfferThe opportunity to make a real impact on menstrual health and hygiene in IndiaA 32h/week setup with flexible working hours and remote work optionsCompetitive remuneration within the non-profit sectorAn initial 18-month contract, with the possibility of extensionA dynamic and exciting role working closely with a passionate team and inspiring partners across IndiaStart Date: as soon as possible, at the latest by 1 July, 2025 Location: India (preferably Delhi) or Germany (Berlin or Munich)Interested?
