Job Description As a Delegate Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our events by inviting and confirming the attendance of senior executives and professionals from various industries. Your primary goal will be to communicate the value proposition of our events and secure high-level delegates to participate.Key Responsibilities➤Delegate Acquisition:Identify, reach out to, and acquire senior-level professionals to attend events through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.➤Lead Management:Manage the delegate pipeline effectively, ensuring all prospects are followed up in a timely manner.➤Pitching:Communicate the value and benefits of attending the event to potential delegates.➤Relationship Building:Develop and nurture relationships with prospective delegates to ensure their participation in future events.➤Database Management:Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on delegates.➤Target Achievement:Work towards and achieve monthly and event-specific acquisition targets.
