Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Seven Eleven Club. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of services provided. The Duty Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressureExperience in managing teams and customer serviceKnowledge of facility operations and safety protocolsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficiency in computer systems and basic office softwareRelevant certification or degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
