Hiring For Manager (CRM & Loyalty) for Leading QSR BrandLocation : Mumbai , RSCObsess over customers and deep dive into their engagement using available analytical tools and platforms like Cleaver Tap & AppsFlyer. Responsible for driving repeat revenue for the app/Web customers, using Email, SMS, Push notification, marketing automation, customer segmentation & cohort management. Perform extensive campaign analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to find user & revenue growth opportunities.  Work closely with Brand team and Analytics team to drive CRM & O2O (Offline to Online) strategy Prepare a monthly communication calendar to highlight key platform priorities, and ensure timely execution in collaboration with creative team; good copy-writing skills would be highly desirable A/B Testing with different content for Push notification, Email and SMS.
