Job Title: Associate/ Senior Associate - Finance OperationsJob Summary:Looking for an experienced Associate/ Senior Associate - Finance operations to oversee the functionality of our payment checkout systems. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and collaborating with third-party providers, and managing integrations. Responsibilities also include optimizing customer experience, managing program launches, and handling MDR/Subvention charge calculations.Key Responsibilities:Manage the payment checkout system's end-to-end functionality.Collaborate with third-party lenders, financing providers, and payment gateways.Optimize customer experience and handle system performance.Manage program and batch launches for upGrad group companies.Calculate and validate MDR and Subvention charges with partners.Requirements:2+ years of experience in payments management or e-commerce payments.Hands-on experience with payment gateways, checkout platforms, and APIs.Knowledge of MDR, Subvention charges, and payment processing systems.Preferred Skills:Experience with global payments and recurring payment models.Familiarity with emerging payment technologies and payment APIs.Education:Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field.Key Competencies:Strategic mindset with attention to detail.Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
