Job Description: Retail Sales OfficerWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Officer. This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right jewelry and products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly upon arrival and offer assistance in a professional and friendly manner.Listen attentively to customer preferences and provide clear recommendations based on their needs.Responsible for displaying jewelry and other products attractively to drive sales.Engage with customers to promote and entice them to purchase jewelry and related products.Educate customers on the variety of products and services offered by the store, explaining key features and benefits.Provide detailed product information, including pricing breakdowns and specifications.Demonstrate the use and operation of jewelry and other products.Advise customers on which jewelry pieces will suit their preferences and budget.Offer insights into different jewelry cuts, quality, design, and specifications to enhance customer understanding.Assist customers with the wrapping and packaging of purchased items.Collect customer details and create customer profiles.Provide pricing data and product weight information to the cashier for accurate billing.Facilitate the payment process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.Maintain accurate sales records and update product information in the store’s system.Take full responsibility for managing the assigned counter and ensuring it runs smoothly.Report to the Store Manager regarding daily activities, customer feedback, and any other necessary updates.Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to store policies and protocols.Qualifications:Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in any stream.Knowledge of customer service principles and retail sales processes.Familiarity with jewelry products and their features.Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or sales environment is preferred.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills in Hindi, Odia, and/or English.Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Patience and the ability to adapt to various customer needs.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales.Integrity and a commitment to upholding company values.Stipend:INR 10,000 - 15,000 per monthLocation:BhubaneswarWe look forward to welcoming a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to our team.
