Location - Gurugram & PuneJob Description:  This person would be responsible for creating demand in the Hotel, Restaurant, Caterers (HoReCa) Category & Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) categories in the specified geographical area and product distribution across geographies.  In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills, with proven sales expertise especially in HoReCa sales. We expect the ideal candidate to be an excellent communicator, customer centric and goal driven, with good sales skill.  Working Conditions:This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is a field job and requires the person to spend majority of the time on the field. Job Experience:This position requires min 5 - 6 years of field sales experience especially in HORECA, along with in-depth working experience in Sales & Chef demo / Trade Marketing / Supply Chain activities. Prior exposure to the processed Food or Spices industry is required. Functional / Technical Skills:Business Acumen, Supply Chain Management SkillsData AnalyticsStrong interpersonal and communication skill.Product AwarenessComputer Applications (MS Office, Sales Application etc.) Job Responsibilities:1] DEMAND DEVELOPMENT: -   Responsible for Primary and Secondary at assigned area.To understand & create the demand of our products in the HoReCa  & QSR channels and to propose Paras Spices Pvt Ltd. Product.Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options2] CHANNEL & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT :Manage the Channel activities including relationships with Stockists/Distributors.Check on competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts.3] OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Add on new customer, new markets, new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth.Ensure all necessary reports submit regular and timely basis.Listing and responding to Customer complaints and concerns immediately and escalating to top Management. 4.Performance Measures and Outcomes Expected:Sales target achievement in respective area.Customer conversion & retention rate.
