This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of something extraordinary while gaining hands-on experience in the retreat industry.Role & Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day operations of the retreat to ensure a smooth, seamless experience for guests.Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and check-ins.Manage on-site schedules, activities, and events to ensure timely execution.Serve as a point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns.Ensure that all retreat facilities, accommodations, and services meet high standards.Collaborate with chefs, wellness experts, and other team members to ensure a holistic, luxurious retreat experience.Qualifications:Previous experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for wellness, luxury, and providing an exceptional guest experience.We’re looking for someone based in North India who is well-acquainted with the mountains, particularly Himachal, and has explored its beautiful landscapes.
