We specialise in automotive engineering and emerging digital technologies We have worked with innovative/ revolutionary tech startups as well as highly mature global technology players and helped them achieve their business objectives by offering robust solutions in recruitment and growth consulting.Location - PuneMode - Full time, in officeJob Description - As Manager, Tech recruitment, you are responsible to run the entire recruitment cycle for the assigned mandates for our domestic or international clients.Understand and analyze the job description in detailsSource matching candidates from various databases leveraging advanced search and sourcing techniques (we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques)Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidatesMake optimal use of social media for mandate marketing and attracting talentCommunicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and timely joiningYour profile -You should have minimum 3 years of experience in technology or tech recruitment field, working with agencies or tech companiesExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong understanding of various technologies, skillsetsExperience gathering difficult to find passive candidate and business dataDeep knowledge of search engine syntax in various search engines.Good understanding of social mediaTechnical educational background (BE, BCS, MCM etc) would be a great advantageYou should be comfortable leveraging social media for sourcing and marketing
