We are looking for an experienced curtain specialist who can seamlessly blend client consultation, design expertise, and operational execution. This role is at the heart of our business—helping clients select the perfect curtains while managing the entire fulfillment process.You will be responsible for:Client Consultation & Styling• Work directly with premium clients, understanding their curtain needs, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements (light control, privacy, insulation, etc.).• Curate and shortlist curtain options, bringing full-size samples to clients for an immersive selection experience.• Offer expert guidance on fabric, textures, pleats, hardware, and installation styles to ensure a perfect match with the client’s space.• Educate clients on premium curtain solutions, including motorized systems, blackout linings, layering, and more.Vendor & Order Management• Source, procure, and manage curtain samples from vendors, ensuring timely availability for client consultations.• Work closely with curtain manufacturers, fabric suppliers, and hardware vendors to fulfill orders with precision.• Oversee custom curtain production timelines, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.• Troubleshoot any sizing, fabric, or installation challenges to maintain a seamless customer experience.Catalog & Business Growth• Continuously expand and refine our curtain collection, staying ahead of design trends.• Identify new fabric collections, styles, and accessories to enhance the product range.• Develop standard operating processes for consultations, sample logistics, and order tracking.• Initially take a hands-on approach but build and lead a team as the business scales.What We’re Looking For• 5+ years of experience in curtains, window treatments, or premium home decor.• Strong design sensibility—understanding of fabrics, drapery styles, and home aesthetics.• Client-facing expertise—able to engage, educate, and guide high-end customers.• Vendor and procurement experience—capable of managing curtain orders end-to-end.• Operational mindset—able to balance creativity with process execution.• Self-starter attitude—excited to build a category-defining curtain shopping experience.Why Join Us?• Be part of an innovative home decor brand transforming how people shop for curtains.• Work with premium customers who value high-quality, expertly curated window treatments.• Play a leadership role in a growing company—build a team and shape the future of our curtain solutions.• Enjoy a dynamic role that merges design, consulting, and hands-on execution.If you are passionate about curtains, interior styling, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
