We are looking for a dynamic Regional Head of Voyage Optimisation & Global Head of ProcessExcellence to lead a team of voyage optimisation analysts and specialistsReporting - Global Head of Professional ServicesThis opportunity is with a shipping MNC headquartered in Denmark with offices in Greece, Bulgaria, Singapore, the US, and India.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities25% Voyage Optimisation & Customer Engagement● Lead and manage a team of voyage optimisation analysts and specialists.● Ensure smooth project execution and high-quality service delivery for clients.● Act as a strategic advisor, working closely with customers to optimise voyage performance andreduce emissions.● Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance customer outcomes.50% Process Optimisation & Scalability● Standardize and improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability to increaseteam productivity by 40% by year end.● Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase productivity by productizing our work flows together with the Product and Engineering teams● Define and implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track and improve serviceoutcomes.● Develop best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for consistent and high-quality service delivery.● Drive cross-functional collaboration to align Professional Services operations with businessobjectives.25% Leadership & Team Development● Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.● Provide strategic direction and support for the team’s professional development.● Ensure knowledge-sharing and best practices are embedded within the team.Key Qualifications● Proven experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Voyage Optimisation.● Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and scaling teams.● Expertise in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.● Ability to define and measure KPIs to drive performance improvements.● Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.● Experience with technology-driven service enhancements, including AI and automation tools,is a plus.
