Overview:Alive Institute of Aesthetics is a leading training institute for Aesthetic Medicine, offering specialized courses for doctors and professionals. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team and help us convert leads into enrollments.Key Responsibilities: Call potential students who have inquired about our courses (website, social media, ads, etc.). Explain course details, answer queries, and guide them through the enrollment process.Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maximize conversions.Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM.Work closely with the marketing and sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies.Requirements:2-3 years of experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in education, healthcare, or aesthetics.Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
