We are dedicated to helping deserving students build successful careers right at their doorstep.Position Overview:The Principal is the educational leader of the school, responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and operational functions. The role involves the development and implementation of curriculum, promoting a positive school culture, managing staff, and ensuring that the school's mission and vision are realized. The Principal will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and the community to ensure a high-quality learning environment and the holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Administration:- Provide visionary leadership and direction for the school’s academic, extracurricular, and operational activities.- Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the school's educational goals.- Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe, orderly, and supportive environment for students and staff.- Act as a liaison between the school board, parents, and the wider community.- Lead strategic planning and set long-term goals for the school’s growth and development.2. Academic Oversight:- Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of an effective and comprehensive curriculum.- Foster a culture of academic excellence and ensure that all students achieve their full potential.- Supervise the assessment and reporting of student progress.- Provide professional development opportunities and support for teachers to enhance instructional quality.3. Staff Management:- Recruit, hire, and evaluate qualified teachers, staff, and administrators.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff for professional growth.- Encourage a collaborative and supportive work environment.- Develop and promote a professional development program to ensure continuous improvement of staff skills.4. Student Welfare:- Ensure that student needs are being met through appropriate programs and services.- Promote student discipline and behaviour management, while fostering a nurturing environment.- Engage in activities that promote student health, well-being, and social-emotional development.- Address any issues or concerns raised by students, parents, or staff regarding student behaviour or academic performance.5. Financial & Operational Management:- Develop and manage the school’s budget, ensuring financial accountability.- Ensure the school’s resources, facilities, and infrastructure are maintained to meet the educational needs of students and staff.- Oversee the procurement of educational materials and supplies.- Monitor and evaluate school performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.6. Community & Parent Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, the school community, and external stakeholders.Promote the school’s values, mission, and achievements within the community.Lead parent-teacher meetings, events, and communication strategies.Engage in outreach programs to increase community involvement in school activities. Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).Valid Principal certification (as required by local educational authorities).At least 15 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in school management, leadership, and successful academic outcomes.Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.Experience in managing budgets, financial resources, and operational tasks.Share Cv's at careers@
