Job Description:Responsible for complete headcount forecasting & budgeting for businessResponsible for the end-to-end Performance Management review process with compensation administration for the organization.Responsible for confirmations, transfers, demotions, promotions etc.Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans.Should have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring legal compliances.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.Ensure that the operations team delivers their planned outcomes.
