Job Title: Head - Projects (Project Manager)Location: Sohna, GurgaonJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-end residential projects, vendor management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.This role will primarily focus on the Sohna project site while also overseeing Sonipat and other future project sites. The base location will be Sohna, Gurgaon.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionResponsible for overall project completion within agreed timelines while maintaining the highest safety, EHS, and quality standards.Prepare detailed project plans, including stage-wise material requirements, fund forecasts, and progress timelines.Monitor project progress, cost, adherence to design & specifications, and quality control measures.Ensure smooth execution of all site activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works.Stakeholder Management & CoordinationLiaise with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.Manage statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and necessary government clearances.Coordinate with internal procurement, design, and finance teams for smooth execution.Resource & Budget ManagementPrepare and evaluate project cost estimates and budgets.Manage vendor and contractor appointments, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and timely execution.Optimize resource allocation, track project budgets, and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementBuild and lead a high-performing on-site team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance oversight.Recruit and develop a competent site execution team.Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and problem-solving within the project team.Quality & Safety ComplianceImplement best construction practices with a strong emphasis on workmanship and materials quality.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, EHS guidelines, and compliance standards.Conduct periodic site inspections and audits to assess progress, safety, and quality parameters.Handover & Post-CompletionEnsure seamless handover of possession to customers.Provide value engineering input during design, development, and execution.Desired Candidate Profile:18-20 years of experience in high-end residential/commercial project execution.Strong experience in construction site management, quality control, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and regulatory approvals.Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and safety regulations.Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently at the site while coordinating with the head office.Integrity, transparency, and accountability are key attributes.Skills Required:Project Planning & ExecutionConstruction Quality & Safety StandardsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementBudgeting & Cost ControlLeadership & Team ManagementInterpersonal & Decision-Making SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD & MSP (Microsoft Project)Educational Qualifications:B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engineering) – MandatoryPost-Graduation from NICMAR (or equivalent) – PreferredCompensation & Role Specifics:Budget: ₹40-50 LPA (Depending on experience & credentials)Designation: Project Manager (Not 'Construction Head')Role Scope: Focused on site execution, not P&L responsibilities.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project leader to drive high-quality execution and efficient delivery of large-scale construction projects
