We’re looking for a passionate **Talent Manager** to join our team and help manage our exclusive network of content creators while also driving brand partnerships.What You’ll Do:- **Creator Onboarding:** Handle the onboarding process for new creators, ensuring they are well-aligned with the agency’s goals and expectations.- **Creator Management:** Provide ongoing support, guidance, and strategy to help creators grow their personal brands, enhance content strategies, and increase their reach.- **Brand Outreach & Partnerships:** Identify potential brands for collaboration, pitch exclusive creators, and negotiate deals that align with both the creator's and brand's goals.- **Campaign Coordination:** Work with creators and brands to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication.- **Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with creators and brands, ensuring continuous collaboration opportunities.- **Performance Tracking:** Analyze the performance of each creator’s campaigns and provide actionable insights for growth and improvement.What We’re Looking For:- **Experience:** 1–3 years in talent management, influencer marketing, or business development.- **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.- **Knowledge:** Understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing platforms, and brand collaborations.- **Bonus:** Experience managing influencer campaigns and working directly with brands.- **Personality:** You should be a people person who loves to build relationships and understand the nuances of both talent management and business development.What We Offer:- **Base Salary: ** ₹20,000 – ₹33,000/month- **Commission:** 5-10% of deals secured for exclusive creators- **Performance-Based Incentives**How to Apply:If you’re passionate about influencer marketing and enjoy managing talent while also driving brand collaborations, send your resume and a short note about your experience to vaibhav@.
