Spectral Consultants is hiring Technical support associate for one of the leading management consulting firm for GurugramWhat You’ll Do:Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, resolving user queries via call, email, and tickets.Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and peripherals.Diagnose network connectivity problems and escalate complex issues when needed.Provide user training, maintain IT documentation, and ensure compliance with security policies.Support iOS and Knox Android devices while collaborating with the IT team to enhance system performance.What You’ll Bring* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).* Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS operating systems.* Familiarity with networking, Active Directory and SCCM concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).* Experience with troubleshooting hardware components such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers.* Basic understanding of IT security tools
