Trusted by top organizations worldwide, they drive innovation in product design, enhance manufacturing agility, streamline supply chains, and advance patient care.As a member of the Global SDR team, this role drives the sales of the company's solutions through a proactive approach on phone / email / social media to new and existing accounts in India and several Southeast Asia countries. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional marketing and sales teams, as well as channel partners, to research potential accounts, identify key players and source new sales opportunities before passing them on to the sales team for development.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct demand generation activities such as outbound calls, personalized emails, networking, and social media engagement to reach potential prospects, understand their needs, and generate interest to achieve quarterly targets.Research accounts and identify key players in targeted industries or sub-segments based on sales requirements and market opportunities.Collaborate with various teams (marketing, sales, resellers, application engineers, customer support) to execute outbound campaigns for new prospects and existing customers.Align solutions and use cases with customer needs and pain points.Maintain databases and manage pipeline movement from lead creation and qualification to solution selection.Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate account manager or channel partner for further development and closure.Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone calls, emails, and the company website, driven by marketing, promotions, and sales executives.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests, including information, quotes, and general follow-ups.Generate quotes as needed to support customer interactions.Handle any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.Education, Skills, and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise/B2B inside sales or direct sales within the technology, high-tech, or hardware industry.Native English speaker (mandatory, both verbal and written).Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong team player with a "can-do" attitude.Outgoing personality with strong listening skills and a consultative sales approach when working with customers.Associate degree in business administration, marketing, statistics, or a related field (university degree is a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel skills are essential). Experience with , Salesloft/Outreach, and analytics tools is an advantage.Strong conflict resolution, objection handling, and escalation management skills.Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
