This role demands a high level of technical expertise and customer service to ensure our solutions meet and exceed the business needs of our clients, maintaining superior reliability, functionality, and user satisfaction.Responsibilities :Act as the primary contact for all assigned client accounts, addressing needs and issues efficiently.Resolve issues within stipulated timelines and provide triage support as needed.Work closely with the Integrations and Amplify Teams to ensure seamless functionality of product integrations and client-specific scripts.Project manage and execute client change requests ensuring timely delivery.Maintain up-to-date solution and configuration documentation and conduct client-specific training sessions during SPOC transition.Provide expert consultation to clarify system capabilities and functionalities.Conduct release impact analysis, spearhead regression testing, and implement necessary configuration changes following software updates.Assist clients with mass data updates through automated scripts.Support both Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Recommend and configure new release functionalities to align with client needs.Periodically review and adjust configurations or automate processes to minimize recurrent queries.Enhance the automation of query diagnosis and resolution to improve turnaround times.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide weekly updates on tickets, change requests, and statuses.Candidate Profile : Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT, or related field; Master’s in Business Administration (HRM) is a plus.At least 3 years of experience in SaaS application management, implementation, or customer success roles, preferably within the HR Tech space.Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details to a non-technical audience.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships.Highly organized and proactive, with a passion for technology and a drive to incorporate automation in daily tasks.Willing to accommodate work shifts that correspond with the operational hours of Darwinbox’s global offices
