A prestigious British brand is seeking an Email Sends & Social Pushes e-commerce resource (data analytics + admin heavy role) who can join the team on April 18th. Compensation Structure - INR 50,000 per month for the first 3 months (probation period), and then an immediate hike to INR 60,000 per month.Key Responsibilities -1. You will look at data (i.e. revenue, margins, return rate, etc.) regarding product listings on the client's Website to evaluate which deals are worth pushing-out to customers in category-wise emailers and social media pushes each day.2. You will present information to the CRM team in a particular templated format so they can action these pushes and sends in a timely manner (i.e. Subject Line, Link to Download Images, Link to Relevant Web Page Category Link, Data Points that Justify Why You've Shortlisted Certain Products Over Others for Each Particular Emailer)3. Use a commercial mindset to come up with clever Subject Lines that will encourage a customer to click on communication. You can use ChatGPT, of course, but must have a strong enough grasp on grammar to be able to tweak copy and humanise it. 4. Besides providing the CRM team with information (in a template) they need to action out all the emails (3-5/day), you will also provide them with information for them to do app, social and Web push-outs.5. Ad hoc tasks will come up on a rolling basis. Skills Required -* Strong proficiency with Excel - we work with thousands of rows of data* Knowledge of SQL is not required but very beneficial* Clear communication devoid of any typos and redundancies / fluff* Understanding basics of copywriting, including how to prompt ChatGPT for subject line suggestions* Analytical mindset to know which products to pick per category for each email, web, social and app push-outs * Assertiveness to be able to back decisions up with relevant context, facts and figures * Understanding seasonal trends and consumer habits will be an added bonus* Mindfulness - good at paying attention to details and triple checking work * Curiosity + enjoys analyzing data* Self-motivated and excellent with managing time in a high pressure environment * Proactive with communication and knows how to get things done / troubleshoot * Strong Wi-Fi and power back-up* Knows how to work independently without much hand-holding* Strong self-awareness to know when to work autonomously and when to escalate an issue to the right team* Adaptability to adjust to new tasks / situations
